IN THE NEWS
SLI provides a series of classes for certification in interpretation of the Hartman Value Profile using the Byrum Method of Interpretation. The classes are available in 3 levels - Basic, Proficient and Advanced. Each level builds on the other with active experience using the Profile in each of the certification classes. The goal is to have a qualified person able to return to the work environment and implement the application of the Hartman processes in a professional and competent manner. For information on how you can participate in upcoming Hartman Certification programs, please email the Institute or if you are in a management role within Memorial Hermann Healthcare System the FY2008 classes are currently available on PiL for registration.

Individual Development Plans
A major concern of the Hartman Value Profile is individual development. The Profile provides an assessment of individual strengths and of areas where a person can become stronger. In every instance, strength means strength of judgment. By studying the Profile’s interpretations, a person can gain a clear sense concerning where judgment is already strong and reliable and also where judgment can be improved.
