The Spiritual Leadership Institute offers a variety of programs and tools that provide exposure and practical advice concerning value-centered leadership, personal authenticity, professional fulfillment and organizational excellence. The Key Faculty of the Institute will be the primary presenters for each of the conferences and augmented by a number of Adjunct Faculty who brings their own areas of expertise. The programs offered are as follows:

PATHWAYS |
|
|
Pathways is a conference designed for management level associates that provides structured development of both the concept and application of spiritual leadership and the personal evolution of Spiritual Leaders. Pathways is held in four one-day sessions over a 6 - 9 month period (please see the schedule for the sessions offered). Pathways is regularly held in Houston, Texas. The overall experience objectives of Pathways are as follows:

To create an environment in which concepts of 'spiritual leadership' can be explored;

To create an environment of self-discovery, growth and development;
|
|
3.
|
To explore ways in which value concepts can be applied to organizational settings;
|
|
4.
|
To engage participants in rich, challenging discussions that will promote out of the box thinking concerning both personal and professional areas of development;
|

5.
|
To help organizational leaders understand how to better create work environments that will be conducive to higher job satisfaction and vocational meaning; and
|
|
6.
|
To explore concepts of mission, service and 'calling' as they relate to work and the pursuit of purpose and meaning.

JOURNEY & DISCOVERY |
|
|
Journey & Discovery is a series of experiences conducted at the worksite and is designed for front-line staff employees. The goal of Journey & Discovery is for employees to recognize their own unique value and understand how to enhance interpersonal connections in relationships and groups. When employees awaken their spirit, they have the potential to become more productive, their capacity to become leaders is more profound, they have a more positive impact on others and they create a better work environment. The experience objectives of Journey & Discovery are as follows:

To introduce participants to the concept of spirituality in a way that it can be of meaning to their work and their personal lives;

To create an environment in which self-assessment, self-discovery and self-growth can take place;
|

3.

To explore issues of values: Ethics, Trust, Vision and Spirituality as they apply to the workplace;
|
|
4.

To help participants better understand the critical role that self-regard/self-care plays in their individual lives; and

|
5.
|
To help participants promote harmony in their work environments.

| Journey & Discovery is designed so that the programs are cost-effective and the employee's time away from the work unit is minimized while still achieving a quality experience. This program also is structured to maximize the number of employees able to participate in this experience and thus create a meaningful effect on an organization in a short period of time. |

|
SLI LEADERSHIP FORUM |
|
|
The SLI Leadership Forum is a series of mini-conferences designed to give leaders at all management levels access to stimulating discussions on relevant management topics. These experiences are designed to be short and focused on the topic being explored and will include a hot lunch that should suit any taste! The SLI faculty will be conducting these discussion sessions and a full schedule and listing of topics is provided by selecting the 'Schedule' button below.

EXTENDED PATHWAYS |
|
|
The Institute provides a theme-focused one-day conference (offered four times during the year) that is fast paced, rejuvenating and stimulating with current ideas designed to provide an overview of the SLI Pathways experience. Participation in this conference will provide its participants with an insight into value development and encouragement within the corporate environment. The pre-requisite for attending Extended Pathways is the completion of all Pathways Session. The presenters at the conference are the SLI Faculty and Guest speakers who will provide new and fresh presentations for this special day.

AWAKENINGS |
|
|
The Institute presents itself formally in a variety of formats designed to have high flexibility of application. Awakenings is a one or two-day (as selected by the organizational client) Institute Conference. This Conference is designed to provide participants with basic, introductory concepts and experiences that will generate insight and consideration of Spiritual Leadership: as a concept which has important practical application.
This is a client specific one to two day experience, please contact SLI for additional information on the various services available.

CUSTOMIZED INSTITUTE |
|
|
A second format is a Customized Institute in which faculty come on-site to a local organization to hold the Institute activities and experiences in house. All issues of content, duration and participant base are developed in cooperation with the host organization.
This is a client specific series of programs designed to introduce and guide an organization along their journey of emphasizing values in the workplace. Please contact SLI for additional information on the services available.

Please Note: There is no overlap in content between Awakenings, Pathways, or Journey and Discovery programs. The Awakenings is fully self-contained, but can also serve as and entry level for the Pathways or Journey and Discovery conferences. Most individuals will gain the information and experience of the Institute through the Awakenings conference and then some number of those individuals will choose to go on to the Pathways and or Journey and Discovery conferences.
