PATHWAYS

A seminar directed toward management that provides structured development of the concept and application of spiritual leadership. Pathways should be seen as the fundamental exposure to spiritual leadership. It is held in three increments over a minimum of six months and is held regularly in Houston, Texas. (Payable $500 per session.)

JOURNEY & DISCOVERY

A program consisting of a series of experiences (plus take home materials) delivered at the work site. When employees awaken their spirit, they become more productive, their capacity to lead becomes more profound, they have a more positive impact on others and they create better work environments. This creates significant value for organizations.

ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Annually the Institute provides a theme focused one day conference that is fast paced, rejuvenating and stimulating with current ideas designed to provide an overview of the SLI experience. This conference is structured as a time of personal renewal, regrounding of friendships and availing alumni of new faculty presentations and discussions.

AWAKENINGS

A one-day, fast-paced conference designed to provide introductory concepts and experiences that will awaken insights and considerations of spiritual leadership.

CUSTOMIZED INSTITUTE

Programs where faculty come to organizations to hold in-house Institute activities and experiences. All issues of content, duration and participant base are reviewed in cooperation with the host organization.

HVP REPORTS (SLI Clients call for member rate)

BASIC – Includes a detail analysis on 28 dimensions.

EXPANDED – The Basic plus 6 additional dimensions regarding work and self-balance.

CUSTOM ANALYSIS – This report includes a series of the most used HVP application reports along with an individualized interpretation.

TEAM ANALYSIS – This report includes a comprehensive evaluation of a specific work unit/team as specified by the client.

HVP SOFTWARE

Software arrangements are made so that organization have full availability of the processing materials within their own human resources and training/development offices. Pricing includes software, annual fee and initial training.

HVP TRAINING

Certification in the application of the Hartman Value Profile is divided into three levels: Basic, Proficient and Advanced. Each level builds on each other along with active experience with the Profile during the full certification period. Successful completion of each level represents that a person has achieved a mastery of competency and understanding in the HVP, allowing that individual to help others gain valuable and useful information from the Profile’s insights. The goal is to have a person that is able to return to the work environment and lead the application of the Hartman process in a professionally competent manner. The objectives for each level are:

Basic Certification is designed to give participants an introduction into the profile’s history, purpose, validity and perspective as it relates to good judgment capacity. The Session Objectives are to develop the ability to build a hiring template that allows the Hartman to be customized to particular jobs in particular work settings and the ability to return to the work environment and immediately begin to use the Profile in its workforce applications relating to selection and promotion.

Proficient Certification builds on the Basic Level by advancing both the selection and training/development aspects of the Profile as they relate to Part I of the indices. The Session Objectives are to develop teaching/training techniques that will allow the trainee to return to his/her work environment with the ability to support and under gird all organizational training and development agendas. The ability to understand and apply the major business applications of the Profile for enhanced capabilities related to employee selection, promotion and appropriate team development. The ability to work and interpret group development applications and building group “matrix studies”

Advanced Certification focuses on the importance of individual growth and development in the workplace and the use of the Hartman application in personal counseling and enhancement settings. The Session Objectives are for the participant to be able to make subtle determinations with the Profile information that can advance every application of the process. The ability for the participant to have comfort with the material and be ready to teach its use to others in the organization.
